Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging (including pouches/boxes) is included
• Proof of purchase is provided
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Sale items
Sale/discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds for change of mind, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Return process
To request a return, email us at info@luminajewels.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs
• For change of mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• For faulty/incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide an alternative solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
